Both prize draws will take place within 7 days of their respective promotional period closing dates.

If you are a winner of the main holiday prize (Dream Wellness Escape), you will be notified of your win via a phone call to the phone number that you used to enter the promotion, within 7 days of the core promotional period prize draw date.

If you are a winner of the Arla LactoFREE Bundle prize during either the core promotional period or the late entry promotional period, you will be notified of your win via the email address that you used to enter the promotion, within 7 days of the respective prize draw date.

All winners must respond within 14 days of the initial notification to accept their prize. If you do not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be reallocated to a reserve winner.
