We hope that together with your child, you will enjoy a playful time with our products.

The videos and photos that you will create and film will be used by Global Marketing Enterprise Ltd. (GME) and other affiliated companies associated with the Yookidoo brand for promotional purposes, product advertising, representation, including but not limited to catalogs, packaging, exhibitions, presentations, advertising films, and training, and in various other uses according to the needs of Yookidoo and at its discretion.

Some of the videos and photos will be used by Yookidoo in the near future, and some may be used later. Some may be used for recurring purposes, and there is also the possibility that the videos or photos will not be used by Yookidoo at all, all at its absolute discretion.

All content featuring Yookidoo products must be submitted for approval before uploading or publishing. We kindly request that you share your content with us for review and approval prior to posting.

We ask that you refrain from using copyrighted music in any content featuring Yookidoo products. Consider using royalty-free music or original compositions to enhance your content.

In exchange for Yookidoo's use of the photos and videos, as detailed above, Yookidoo grants you compensation. By signing this document, you confirm that Yookidoo has full and exclusive rights to all intellectual property created or processed by you. Accordingly, you transfer ownership of these videos and photos to Yookidoo and confirm that you have received full consideration for the use that Yookidoo makes or will make of the videos and photos.

Additionally, you hereby waive any present or future claims or demands against Yookidoo regarding the use that Yookidoo makes or will make of the videos and/or photos.

In the event that you are unable to fulfill the creation of content due to extenuating circumstances, you agree to return the product unopened in its original packaging to Yookidoo. If the product is opened, used, or damaged, and no content is created, you agree to be liable for refunding the full value of the product to Yookidoo.
